Here is a great recipe that will help you to naturally cleanse or detox the body daily. It is simple, refreshing and most importantly, healthy. Try it nuh!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Apple cored and peeled.
- ½ Cucumber (remove the seeds if you wish).
- ½ Handful of Parsley.
- ½ Handful of Spinach.
- 1 Stalk of Kale.
- A Stalk chopped Celery.
- The Juice of 1 Lemon.
- 1 Tsp Ginger Root.
- 1 Tsp of Moringa Powder (optional).
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare and add all ingredients to the Blender.
- Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
- Blend and Enjoy!

~ Parsley~
