Ingredient Spotlight!

~ Noni Fruit~

Noni fruit, while not common, is a little fruit that is chock-full of vitamins and minerals.  These include vitamin C, Niacin (B3) and Vitamin A and minerals such as calcium, sulfur, potassium, magnesium, sodium, and phosphorus with a little trace of selenium.

Some of its reported benefits include lowering the risk of gout which is caused by a build-up of uric acid crystals in the body, skin health and immune system boosting.

NB: Caution must be taken though by individuals on medications, especially those relating to high blood pressure due to the high potassium content which may increase the potassium level in the blood.  The same thing goes for persons with Kidney disease.  As such, it is best to consult your health care provider before consuming this drink.

Everything in moderation!  This is not a juice to be drunk on a regular basis as it is very potent.

To good health!
