I love oats, but sometimes eating them as plain porridge or simply with milk and fruit can get a little repetitive. Thatโs why Iโve been experimenting with new ways to enjoy this fiber-rich, nutritious food.

- Remove from the refrigerator.
- Add blueberries.
- Sunflower seeds.
- Peanut butter.

Notes:
For this recipe, I used frozen blueberries (only had that available). You can also add ripe bananas (I was out ๐), which will add a little more sweetness and further help with satiety.ย However, this was very enjoyable and filling, plus, it is healthy. ย Remember, you can add a little more milk if it is too thick when you are ready to eat it in the morning. I could not eat it all in one go!ย Remember, use toppings that you have on hand, work it in, and enjoy your breakfast treat (because it is like a treat in the morning ๐).
