Here is another way to use up those gluten-free flours, especially, Almond Flour. Here, you can prepare the traditional banana bread using your gluten-free almond flour and still enjoy a tasty treat that is tasty and healthy. Try it nuh!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas.
- 2 cups almond flour (Blanched).
- 3 eggs.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- ¼ tsp baking soda.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- ½ cup maple syrup/ honey.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350 °C/ 662 °F.
- Grease a 9 x 5 Bread Baking pan. You can use Parchment paper if desired. If so, grease the parchment paper with butter or some oil.
- Mashed ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Then add the following ingredients:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Oil
- Combine all those ingredients.
- Add eggs.
- Add maple syrup/honey.
- Continue to combine all the ingredients.
- Bake for 55 minutes to an hour.
- Let cool then remove from oven.
- Remove from baking pan.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Notes:
After baking duration and checking, if the bread is not done, please let it bake for another five (5) to ten (10) minutes. Check again and ensure that the toothpick comes out to try. Let it cool and enjoy, but you can store the remainder in the refrigerator for about 4-5 days.
