INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups milk (I used Almond).
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee powder.
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional).
- 1 ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup (you can use more if desired).
- Some ice cubes.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add almond milk to the blender.
- Add coffee.
- Add peanut butter (optional).
- Add maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to the cup.
- Pour mixture.
- Stir and Enjoy!
Notes:
You can use brewed coffee for this recipe, brew and set aside until needed and add to ice cubes with milk. There are other recipes for iced cold coffee, but this one is simple and gives you a nice froth, which makes you feel like you are at a coffee shop 😊. Plus, it is so filling! Please ensure you keep hydrated throughout the day.
